Services

Capabilities

One partner from laminate to last joint

Most GRP failures trace back to the interface between maker and installer. We eliminate that interface — the same company laminates the fitting and the field joint.

GRP Manufacturing

Filament winding, hand lay-up and spray-up fabrication of fittings, tanks and specials to ISO 14692.

Site Installation & Jointing

Certified laminators for butt-&-wrap joints, adhesive bonding and lamination — in trenches, racks or live plants.

Engineering & Design

Stress analysis, isometrics, spool drawings and resin selection for corrosive and abrasive service.

Inspection & Testing

Hydrostatic and spark testing, dimensional QC and documentation packs for every delivered item.

Repair & Rehabilitation

GRP over-wraps and re-lining that give aging steel and concrete pipelines a second life.

Maintenance Contracts

Annual inspection programs, spare fittings on shelf and emergency jointing crews on call.

Site installation

What a TFP installation looks like

Our field crews are laminators first, pipe-fitters second. Every joint is a small composite structure — cut, scarfed, laminated, cured and recorded.

  • Butt-&-wrap laminated joints to ISO 14692
  • Adhesive and bell-&-spigot joints for fast trench work
  • Controlled cure with documented temperature records
  • Live tie-ins and shutdown work supported

01
Survey & prefab

Site survey, spool drawings, and maximum shop prefabrication to cut field hours.

02
Set-out & support

Alignment, supports and bedding verified before a single joint is made.

03
Jointing & cure

Joints laminated or bonded with logged mix ratios, wet-out and cure temperatures.

04
Test & handover

Hydrotest, spark test where lined, then a complete joint record and data book.

FAQ

Common questions

Properly engineered GRP systems carry a 50-year design life in corrosive service where coated carbon steel typically needs lining repairs or replacement within 10–15 years. GRP does not rust, needs no cathodic protection and keeps its smooth bore — and its flow capacity — for decades.

Yes. Flanges are drilled to ISO 7005, ANSI B16.5, BS or any project-specific pattern you supply. Send us the mating drawing or a site-measured template and we will fabricate to suit — including transition pieces to steel, ductile iron or HDPE.

Both. Our jointing teams are trained for confined-space and hot-work controlled environments, and we routinely plan prefabrication so that tie-ins fit inside tight shutdown windows. Method statements and risk assessments are prepared with your HSE team before mobilization.

It depends on the medium and temperature. Isophthalic polyester suits most water and sewage duties; vinyl-ester handles acids, caustics and higher temperatures; epoxy covers high-pressure and potable applications. Share your fluid, concentration and temperature and our engineers will confirm the right laminate schedule.

Every package ships with a Manufacturer Data Record: material certificates, laminate schedules, Barcol hardness results, dimensional reports, hydrotest and spark-test certificates, and the field joint register for installed work.
